Data supplied via Forms are recorded in our database. We reply to all contacts made directly through email. Examples of forms included in our website include contact us forms and sign up to our newsletter forms.

MailChimp and Email Subscribers

We use Mail Chimp to engage with our customers via email. A customer may subscribe to our email via a) the checkout process b) contact us forms c) sign up to newsletter 4) create an account/register (insert/delete other opportunities to opt into email). A customer subscribes to the email by opting in and agreeing to receive future emails. The data collected includes a) name b) email address c) mobile d) birthday month. As well as MailChimp, we may share your email with a third party for marketing purposes, but your details and email will only be used for Topline Murtaghs Marketing campaigns.

5.6.1 What is a cookie.

A cookie is a small piece of data that may be stored on your computer or mobile device. It allows a website “remember” your actions or preferences over a length of time.

5.6.2 How are they used on this site.

This site uses 2 different types of cookies,
