We deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Charges

Standard Parcel Delivery Charge

Standard items are less than 20kg in weight and are a standard size.

* working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4.30pm on Friday will be started on the following Monday. On rare occassions, some deliveries may be delayed with the courier and our expected delivery time may be longer that 2-3 working days.

Bulky Delivery Charges

We have 3 delivery charges for large or heavy products that require handling by specilaist couriers. These are for products with larger dimensions (e.g. garden furniture) or orders that are over 20kg in weight (coals, salt). Bulk Delivery charge details will appear in your basket when checking out. Please Note: Bulky Deliveries will take 3-5 working days.

Local v Rest of Ireland/Standard Bulk Delivery Charge

We have a Local* Bulk Delivery Charge and a "Rest of Ireland/Standard" bulk delivery charge. Please select the correct delivery charge for your location. If you choose a local delivery charge but your eircode is not in our local delivery area, you will be prevented from ordering. Please go back and choose the Standard Delivery Charge *Local area delivery is within the following Eircodes in Meath and Dublin 4: A84, A85, DA04, A42, A45

Delivery for Meath and Dublin Only Products

A small number of extra large, extra heavy items can only be delivered within Meath and Dublin. Local delivery only products are identified in the product description of each product as "DELIVERY FOR MEATH AND DUBLIN ONLY" If you order one of these "Local Only" products and are outside Dublin & Meath, we deserve the right to cancel your order. 

Delivery is to your doorstep. Please let us know in advance by email at hello@murtaghs.ie or leave a comment on your order if you think you'll need extra help.

NB If you are ordering large quantities of bulky items they may need to go on a pallet and may require a forklift on your end to recieve delivery. Please check with us at hello@murtaghs.ie for more details.

Bulky Delivery Charges

*Local area delivery is within the following Eircodes in Meath and Dublin 4: A84, A85, D04, A42 & A45

Large/Heavy Items include items such as bags of coal, stone, salt, sand etc.

Pallet Delivery is for heavy products, over 30kg such as BBQs, smaller Garden Furniture, fencing etc.

Multiple Pallet Delivery is for extra large garden furbuture sets that are delivered over multiple pallets.

Orders for Delivery

1. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.  
2. You will then receive a second email once your order has been processed and sent onto our delivery partners. 

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or refund. 

Click & Collect Service

Our Click & Collect Service is FREE and allows you to order online and collect in store. 

How it works 

1. Place and Pay for your order online.
2. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
3. We will aim to have your Click & Collect order ready for the next working day. Once your order has been packed and processed by our team, you will receive a seperate email to confirm that your order is ready for collection at your chosen store. 
4. Ashbourne Click & Collect orders should be collected at the collection point in our yard area, not in store. Drive straight through the carpark and down to the parking area in front of our warehouse.
