Returns and How to Return my Order
If for any reason you choose to return an item, you can do so at either of our two stores:

If returning an item to a store, to get a full refund, please ensure that you have your order receipt and the credit card used to make the purchase with you. Credit card refunds are processed through our website and will take 5-7 working days to appear on your credit card statement.
Alternatively, returns can also be sent by post/courier to Topline Murtaghs, Main Street, Ashbourne, Co. Meath A84 DA06. Tel: 01-8350106. Please contact us at orders@murtaghs.ie or complete the below return form to let us know you are returning your order.
If you would like us to organise a courier to return your items, a member of our team will be happy to organise this for you. However, there will be an additional charge for change of mind/unwanted items.
NB: Your Right To Cancel & Return Your Order
If you purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay.
Customers are entitled to inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as they would be able to do in a retail store. However, if goods are handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection and this results in a reduction in the value of the goods, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from any refund to reflect that loss in value.
To qualify for a full refund, goods should be returned complete, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Products should be returned in a condition suitable for resale wherever possible. Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, or where their condition has been altered resulting in a reduction in resale value, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from any refund.
Important: For returns, you will only be refunded your delivery costs if the product is returned as a result of our error (incorrect item shipped, out of date or faulty product).
Faulty Goods
Where goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, consumers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Damages
Please make sure that all deliveries are checked for damages before signing for them.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange where appropriate for the product value.
In some circumstances, we may need to get the product back and will organise our courier partners to collect damaged items.
For faulty items within warranty and with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it cannot be repaired a replacement/refund may be offered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
