Bulk Delivery ChargesWe have 3 delivery charges for large or heavy products that require special handling by our couriers. These are for heavy products with larger dimensions (e.g. garden furniture) or orders that are over 20kg in weight (coals, salt). A bulk delivery charge details will appear in your basket when checking out. Bulky deliveries will take 5 working days.
Important: We have a Local Bulk Delivery Charge and a "Rest of Ireland/Standard" bulk delivery charge. Please select the correct delivery charge for your location. If you chose a local delivery charge but your eircode isn't a local eircode, you will be prevented from ordering. We reserve the right to contact a customer for an additional payment if the incorrect delivery charge is chosen at Checkout.
Some extra large/heavy products are marked as local products for local delivery in Meath and Dublin only.
If for any reason you choose to return an item, you can do so at either of our stores (Sandymount, Dublin 4 or Ashbourne, Co. Meath). All returned items must be returned in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt or order confirmation.
